Delete your Forge account

You can delete your Forge account and its data at any time — either yourself inside the app, or by emailing us. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How do I delete my Forge account?

There are two routes. Use whichever you can reach.

1. In the app (immediate)

Open Forge and go to Guild → Settings → Delete my account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Once you confirm, the app removes your data from this device straight away and asks our servers to remove your account. If the server cannot be reached at that moment, the app tells you so and points you to the email route below — it will not claim your server-side data is gone when it is not.

2. By email

Write to support@kodraholdings.com with the subject Account deletion request. Send it from the email address on the account, or include your account handle / display name so we can identify it. We do not ask for your password, and you should never send it.

We aim to complete emailed deletion requests within 30 days of verifying the request.

What data is deleted?

Deleting your account removes:

What may be retained, and why?

We keep as little as possible, but two things can outlive your account:

If you want to know exactly what is held about you before you delete, email support@kodraholdings.com and ask for a copy first — once the account is deleted we cannot produce it.

Deletion is permanent. There is no undo, no grace period and no way for us to restore a deleted account. Your streak and card collection cannot be recovered.

Deleting does not refund purchases. Grit, passes and subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are non-refundable through deletion. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies — request one through Apple or Google Play. Cancel any active subscription in your store account before deleting, or it may keep billing.
