This policy explains what Forge collects, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
What data does Forge collect?
We collect the minimum needed to run the game: your account details (email or sign-in identifier), your daily habit logs and streak, your card collection and in-app balances, habit-verification photos you choose to scan, and basic device and diagnostic data.
- Account: login identifier and profile settings.
- Gameplay: completed days, streak, Grit balance, cards and Ascension state (server-owned).
- Scans: photos submitted to verify a workout, meal or water intake.
- Device / diagnostics: app version, crash logs, and anonymised usage events.
Why do we collect it?
To create and secure your account, run the challenge and summon economy, verify day completions, prevent cheating and fraud, provide support, and improve the app. We process this data to deliver the service you asked for and for our legitimate interest in a fair, working game.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active. Analytics events are retained for up to 90 days. Habit-verification scans are used to validate a day and are not retained longer than needed for that purpose and abuse review. You can request deletion at any time.
Who do we share it with?
We share data only with processors that run the service (hosting, authentication, crash reporting, payments) under contract. We do not sell your personal data or share it for third-party advertising. Affiliate links to partner retailers do not transmit your personal profile to those partners.
What are your rights?
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and opt out of analytics, by emailing support@kodraholdings.com. Depending on your region you may have additional rights under the GDPR, Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019, or the CCPA.
Who owns the characters shown in Forge?
We do not own them. Character names, likenesses and artwork in Forge belong to their respective rights holders. Forge claims no ownership and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any of those creators, studios or publishers. They appear as development placeholders only. Full detail is in the terms of service; removal requests go to support@kodraholdings.com.
Children
Forge is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect their data.
